Brilliant bit of kit
Bought this to keep in our emergency kit but tested it out over a weekend camping trip. Kept the radio playing for over 10 hours with only cranking and solar charge. It's compact， easy to pack away and intuitive to use.
I was skeptical at first, but it's actually come in handy a few times. What I like most is the multiple power options – you can charge it via USB, solar, or even hand crank, so you're never without power.
Now, I'll be honest, the sound can be turned up very loud, more than enough to gets the job done, that's all that matters during emergency situations.
Overall, it's worth it for the peace of mind it provides. It's durable, reliable, and affordable – definitely a good addition to your emergency kit.

I live near the coast and bought the radio at the end of the 2023 hurricane season, so I haven't used it for it's primary purpose. Despite that, the flashlight, radio, and charging capabilities are more than I expected. The light is more than bright enough, with 2 different settings. The radio works really well...I even started using it in a truck purchased from Japan, which only has AM. The sound quality is adequate in the car, but it's really not intended to replace a car radio, and FM/AM reception is great. The solar charging is a great feature since I leave it in the truck to self charge. I also tested the phone charging feature and it works as advertised. It's a must have on all road trips now because of what I noted above. It's easy to use and very intuitive. I intend to purchase for my kids to keep in their apts and/or cars.
